Honesty and integrity is at the heart of all we do
The Casting business model has always been unique. Our over-riding mission is to help people with kindness and fairness, effectively and simply, whether for marriage, children, or simply friendship and companionship.
Online dating is huge and whilst many of our members have experienced the pain of online dating, most wouldn’t dream of trying.
While there’s a number of agencies available for those who want a more personalised service, their business model is based on large up-front membership fees. We charge a much more modest fee which includes some wonderful member benefits.
We offer clients a cohesive approach; we use our personal experience, intuition and skill to curate both one-on-one introductions and regular gatherings and experiences to bring potential partners together in a more relaxed, natural way.
The Casting team
The Casting has a veritable wealth of successful introductions and over 24 years of experience between them. Kerensa and Debs know the business inside out with experience of other introduction agencies and how they fail to deliver. Both share a passion to improve the chances for everyone who comes to The Casting.
Emma is London-based and regularly out and about chatting and recruiting new members but also has a background of living in The Cotswolds with experience of that lifestyle and area too.
Aoife has a great knowledge of private members clubs across London and the countryside on customer liaison and event planning. She will have a special eye on our younger members.
(Aoife O’Rourke, Kerensa Robertson, Debs Gadsby and Emma Hunter)
The team go out of their way to help and provide a friendly face and voice for support and encouragement. They regard what they do as a vital service to help counteract the challenges of modern living and the loneliness it can bring to many.
Curating great connections since 2010
The Casting was born out of love for helping people find that happiness to provide a bespoke, vetted and fairer way to match people with similar backgrounds, aspirations and kindness at the forefront of the service.
Heads down, we scour our phones and lack engagement with our surrounding community. Professional success can put a huge smile on your face and provide you with financial security. Family and friends can provide incredible pleasure and companionship but for those who seek it, love is the pinnacle of a truly fulfilling life.
Whatever your age, from 20s to 80s+,
we want to help

Our Non-Executive Chairman
Ronnie Randall was awarded a CBE for his longstanding service and dedication to various charities; he has spent his career helping businesses and communities flourish and was named as one of 2024’s 100 most influential people in the UK.
His business acumen, deeply principled approach and inherent kindness made Ronnie the perfect partner for Kerensa in driving The Casting forward to the next level of service for its growing cohort of members.
Ronnie Randall has a natural flair for making anyone he meets feel important and listened to. Call it natural charisma! Ronnie is happy to listen and learn with strong core values which permeate his business portfolio and philanthropic work.
People can trust him to do the right thing and it’s not surprising he’s been recognised with the following awards:
2012 — Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for the Caribbean Realm
2019 — CBE Commander of the British Empire
2022 — CN Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of the Nation (Antigua and Barbuda)
2024 — Winner in the Top 100 Most Influential People in the UK
Ronnie and Kerensa both care deeply about the challenges single people face and we’re a natural fit to help forge a new way ahead for The Casting. It’s been a huge privilege for me and the team to work with him.
